About the place

Due to an extended working project abroad, I'm looking to rent my bedroom in a shared flat which will be rented fully furnished and accessorized with a double bed, coffee table, carpet, curtains, sideboard, lamps, and bedside tables. Room shares a spacious terrace, South-exposed; perfect on summer days.

The rent, inclusive of costs such as Wi-fi, water, electricity and gas consists of 1200,00€. The Advance payment for the first month includes a 1.200€ deposit.

Availability starts from June 1st 2024 till the end of August 2024. 
However, my presence abroad might be extended, therefore the renting agreement might be extended too for 1-2 extra months. 
Please note: The initial agreement covers only June-July-Auguts. Before the end of July, will be notified if the rent can be extended. Due to the short period, registration is not possible

All the other spaces in the apartment will be shared with a male MA Greek student. 
The flat is provided with full accessories (kitchen utilities, washing machine, dryer, fridge and freezer, oven, dishwasher, and gas cookers).
