My name is Filippo, I'm Italian and I'm 21 years old. I moved to the Netherlands to study Mechanical Engineering at TU Delft and me and my friend Yulien are looking for 1 roommate to share this apartment with.

The house is located next to Rijswijk station, halfway between Delft (5 min by train) and The Hague (10 min by train). The house (suitable for 3 persons) is very spacious over 3 floors. It has a large living area, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, several balconies, 2 toilets and 1 bathroom with a large walking shower.

The double bedroom that is shown in the photos is available.
The price for the room is: 865 euros/utilities excluded.
The deposit is two months: 1730€

The ideal tenant will be an international student around my age who will rent the room for at least 1 year.
It is possible to see the room and the house in person in the next days.
