Over de woonruimte

Hey temporary room seekers, 
a lovely furnished room will be available starting May 10th until June 29th (also possible to rent it until the end of July or August) in our 55 m2, 3 bedroom apartment around Overtoom/ Vondelstraat area, that comes with a 25 m2 terrace - which is definitely an advantage during the summer months. Leidseplein is 10 minutes walking from the flat, Vondelpark is next to us as well. 
Our home is fully equipped including dishwasher, washmachine and even a bathtub and was renovated. We are preferably looking for a clean and respectful 21+ female, but neat men with the same characteristics are also welcome. 😉 

Me and Sari are both from Budapest, Hungary, working and studying for years in Amsterdam. We both love a good girly chat, long walks and deep talks or drinks / dinner together, but we also value our own privacy and rest, since we are both in a more demanding phase of our studies and work. 
Please note that we have a small dog living with us. 

Price: 1200 EUR / month + utilities 
ps: there might be a small chance for long term rental - especially if we get on very well.
