Successor tenant sought for our beautiful newly built 66m² house with balcony/loggia. The house is ideally located, within 10 min in downtown and walking distance to the pipe. 

We are leaving the apartment and have the option to propose a new tenant to the landlord. The new tenant must meet the income requirement of at least 5,500 gross per month for 1 person or at least 7,200 gross per month for 2 persons. The rental contract is for an indefinite period with a minimum rental period of 1 year.

We offer the furniture (1 year old) in the house for takeover.
